How do I submit my logo or design?
Place your order, then send your logo or design to Info@auraliv.us. We'll prepare a proof for you to approve before anything is printed.

How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order — printed when you order it. Single custom items ship fast; volume orders take about 48 hours for design and production.

What if my order arrives defective or damaged?
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't match your approved proof, we'll reprint or replace it free of charge.
